Boston Street FC, an official member of the UPSL - the fastest growing professional soccer development league in US soccer - have today announced the release of their first official digital collectable collection via NFTs (non-fungible tokens). This first release is the start of a limited series of "The Golden Coin" for Opensea, offering benefits for collection holders via experiences, engagement and gifts as time goes on.
Boston Street FC Club President, Juan Cardenas explained the clubs thinking behind the project, "Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at Boston Street Soccer so we're delighted to make this move into the NFT space. It's an exciting new world out there and we're keen to offer our existing members a chance to engage with the team in a whole new way. And we're also looking forward to welcoming new members to our community - and hope that these collections will help us tell our story to a new digital audience beyond Boston Street".
As the first official release this project holds a special place in their business, they look forward to generating real growth for Boston Street over the coming season. Boston Street anticipates to create and offer NFTs based on their players, which fans can buy, trade, and play with.
